In this group you will learn:
-How to ask for what you need and how to be heard
-How to deal with your anger and resentment
-How to carve out time for yourself every day (in small and large chunks
-How to leave your guilt behind and be a role model for your kids
-How to be present to special moments and give thanks 

The group meets in a virtual video chat the first and third Friday of each month at noon for 90 minutes. Join from your living room with a cup of tea, by phone when you're on-the-go, or anywhere with wifi.
