What’s worth sticking your neck out for? Where are you willing to draw the line? What would it feel like to say “Hell YES!” and “No WAY!” with confidence and joy?

Healthy boundaries keep us whole. They free us to be fully ourselves, with no apologies. When we set limits and hold true to them, we show the world that we love, trust, and respect ourselves. On the other hand, when we allow our boundaries to be negotiable, we let ourselves down and guarantee that our needs won’t get met.

At this highly interactive retreat, led by dynamic coaching duo Melissa Merres and Nikki Bruno, you’ll explore your unique needs, values, beliefs, superpowers, and desires. Then, based on your renewed sense of identity, you’ll set personal boundaries and prepare to express and defend them. You’ll leave with a solid sense of who you are and what you stand for at this moment in your life—with the added support of an adoring community of incredible women.

Melissa Merres is a certified professional coach practicing in Arlington, Massachusetts. Melissa gets to support people as they reach for greater integrity, more effective communication, and healthy boundaries in service of personal growth. She works specifically with loving, hard-working women who find modern parenting and partnership to be springboards for personal reckoning. In her previous life Melissa has a bachelor’s degree from Amherst College and two master’s degrees from American University and the University of California - Irvine. She is a mother to two awesome boys and is continually building a community of strong women around her.
